Job summary

Axis Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Affinity at Round Rock, an active adult community. This role focuses on on-site maintenance, resident service, and safety, supporting the Maintenance Supervisor with scheduled inspections and repairs.

The ideal candidate will be a customer-service oriented team player with strong English communication skills, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work evenings or weekends as needed. A High School diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain community facilities and units while providing excellent resident service.
• Respond to service requests and complete work orders promptly and professionally.
• Assist with plumbing, electrical, drywall, carpentry, and appliance maintenance as directed by supervisor.
