You will handle general upkeep, assist with turnovers, and participate in safety trainings while working with a small, on-site team committed to service excellence.

Qualifications

• Must have general plumbing and electrical knowledge.
• Able to read repair manuals and follow instructions.
• Experience with maintenance in property management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair apartments and common areas.
• Perform snow removal and after-hours emergencies as needed.
• Keep a clean, safe, and welcoming community appearance.
• Document inspections and report defects and hazards.
• Operate tools and equipment safely and follow PPE policy.
• Assist with inspections and OSHA10 training.
