Woda Cooper is seeking a Service Technician for Atz Place in Kendallville, IN. This role focuses on general and emergency maintenance of a senior community, with after-hours and weekend on-call responsibilities.

The technician will keep the property clean, safe, and well-maintained, using tools and manuals to repair and improve living spaces. The ideal candidate has basic maintenance skills, an ability to read and follow directions, and a willingness to complete OSHA10 training.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and able to read/speak English.
• High school diploma or GED is required; maintenance experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance are required.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Perform general and emergency maintenance in apartments and common areas.
• Snow removal during snow events and after-hours/on-weekend calls as needed.
• Maintain property appearance and curb appeal; supervise trash-out and turnover.
• Utilize company databases and safety programs; ensure strict confidentiality.
• Assist with inspections and ensure a safe work environment per policy.
