The role requires knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems, ability to read repair manuals, and proficiency with hand and power tools, plus strong time management and problem-solving skills. Evening/weekend on-call duties are required.

Qualifications

• Must have general maintenance knowledge in plumbing and electrical.
• Ability to read repair manuals and follow instructions.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools; good time management.

Responsibilities

• Maintain positive interactions with residents and the public to enhance the community image and resident retention.
• Perform general and emergency maintenance of apartments and common areas.
• Identify maintenance problems and take appropriate actions to resolve them.
• Keep property clean and well maintained, including turnover of apartments as needed.
• Be on-call for emergencies after hours, weekends, and holidays.
• Participate in OSHA10 training and maintain safety standards.
