Job summary

Woda Cooper Companies, Inc. is seeking a Service Technician to perform general and emergency maintenance for Indiana, PA and Ridgewood Greene in Reynoldsville, PA. You will maintain apartments and common areas, assist with turnover, and ensure a positive resident experience through proactive service.

You must be 18+, have a HS diploma or GED, and read/speak English. The role requires on-call availability after hours and occasional snow removal, with safety protocols and OSHA10 training

Qualifications

• General maintenance knowledge including plumbing and electrical systems.
• Ability to read repair manuals and follow instructions.
• Must be at least 18 with HS diploma or GED and English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Perform general and emergency maintenance of apartments and common areas.
• Maintain an attractive community appearance and assist with snow removal.
• Turnover of apartments including cleaning, painting, carpet shampooing and repairs.
• Document daily inspections and report hazards.
• Be on-call for emergencies after hours, weekends, or as assigned.
