Job summary

Lathrop Community in Easthampton, MA is hiring a Full Time Maintenance Tech to join our on-site facilities team supporting Northampton and Easthampton campuses. This 40-hour/week role offers full benefits and pays $21–$23 per hour, with driving responsibilities within the campuses.

You will perform plumbing, carpentry, electrical tasks, painting, and tool use while building relationships with staff, residents, and vendors. A valid driver's license and CORI/pre-employment screen are required.

Qualifications

• 3 years: Maintenance, handy person, or property management experience, preferably in senior living

Responsibilities

• Maintain campuses in Northampton and Easthampton, MA.
• Build relationships with staff, residents, and vendors.
• Use and develop technical skills to maintain the physical environment for all community members.
