Lathrop Community in Easthampton, MA is hiring a Full Time Maintenance Tech to join our on-site facilities team supporting Northampton and Easthampton campuses. This 40-hour/week role offers full benefits and pays $21–$23 per hour, with driving responsibilities within the campuses.

This position is 40 hours a week, fully benefited, at $21-23/hour.
You will be a key part of a central department at Lathrop, you will form relationships with staff, residents, and vendors while using and building upon your technical skills to improve and maintain the physical environment for all community members.
