Job summary

Lathrop Community in Easthampton, MA is seeking a full-time Maintenance Tech for senior living. The role supports two campuses with 40 hours weekly, offering full benefits and a compensation of $21-23/hour.

You will perform plumbing, carpentry, electrical tasks and interior/exterior painting, while building strong ties with staff, residents, and vendors. The position requires a valid driver’s license, CORI background check, and a focus on safe, high-quality maintenance to improve living spaces

Qualifications

• 3 years: Maintenance, handy person, or property management experience, preferably in senior living.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair building systems across Northampton and Easthampton campuses.
• Build relationships with staff, residents, and vendors to ensure safe, functional spaces.
• Use and expand technical skills to improve the physical environment for all community members.
