The Legacy at Cimarron in El Paso, TX is seeking a Maintenance Tech (Maintenance Partner) to keep the community clean, functional, and inviting. You will perform interior upkeep, grounds maintenance, move-in refurbishments, and preventative maintenance alongside a team that values kindness and integrity.

This role offers flexible FT/PT scheduling, same-day pay options, and a benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401K matching, and education reimbursement.

Responsibilities

• Maintains inside of building, offices, and common areas, including carpet and furniture cleaning, window cleaning, trash removal and vinyl floor upkeep.
• Maintains grounds, including outside building repair, lawn maintenance and garbage removal.
• Prepares apartments for move-in and refurbishes units after move-out.
• Implements and documents preventative maintenance program for community and equipment.
