Responsibilities

• Complete repairs and general upkeep tasks, including plumbing, electrical, painting, and carpentry work.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities performed.
• Ensure the safety and cleanliness of all common areas and grounds.

The Maintenance Tech atCSC Managementis responsible for performing a variety of duties related to maintenance, repair, and general upkeep of our properties. This includes identifying and resolving issues, conducting regular maintenance inspections, and responding to service requests in a timely manner. Full Time.
