Job summary

Integrity Maintenance is seeking a Service Technician in El Paso, TX to maintain the community's physical integrity and ensure clean, well-maintained living environments for residents and staff. You will perform routine and preventive maintenance, respond to work orders, and uphold safety standards.

Responsibilities include electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general repairs; inspect tools, manage spare parts, and coordinate with the Investment Manager and maintenance team.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Three years of property maintenance experience preferred.
