Qualifications

• Must have at least two years of maintenance experience in apartments or multi-unit properties with supervisory experience.
• HVAC certification is highly recommended.
• Thorough knowledge of construction, refinishing, painting, plumbing, floor/carpet care, refurbishing is required; landscaping experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards for building and grounds upkeep.
• Oversee Plant Operations and Housekeeping, including budget, staffing, and safety compliance.
