Oakmont Senior Living is seeking a Maintenance Director for Ivy Park at Santa Monica to lead the maintenance and housekeeping operations of the community. This role covers electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general repairs to keep the property safe, clean, and comfortable for residents.

You will manage the maintenance and housekeeping teams, conduct daily inspections, and ensure adherence to policies.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years experience in building maintenance preferred.
• 1 year supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to operate equipment safely.
• Willing to pass background and health screenings.
• Vaccination and PPE requirements may apply.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and oversee maintenance operations of interior and exterior of the community.
• Oversee maintenance and housekeeping departments to keep property safe, clean and comfortable.
• Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting tasks as needed.
• Inspect daily grounds and fix items to keep property tour-ready.
• Ensure compliance with policies and safety guidelines.
