Job summary

Oakmont Management Group is seeking a Maintenance Director for Ivy Terrace at Fullerton, a premier senior living community. You will plan, organize, and direct maintenance, repair, and housekeeping to keep the property safe, clean, and comfortable.

The role requires hands-on skills in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting, plus the ability to supervise staff and ensure adherence to safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Must have basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry and painting skills.
• Experience supervising maintenance staff is preferred.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and health screenings is required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct maintenance, repair, and housekeeping of the community.
• Oversee electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting tasks.
• Ensure safe, clean, and comfortable living environment for residents.
• Conduct routine inspections and address issues promptly.
• Coordinate with management to maintain property policies and procedures.
