Job summary

Covenant Living Communities & Services, Inc. in Tulsa, OK seeks a Line Cook to prepare, cook, and plate a variety of hot and cold items for residents across meals and special events.

You will follow standardized recipes and maintain high sanitation standards in a senior living environment. Responsibilities include reading orders, time management, and operating kitchen equipment while ensuring food safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Current Food Handler’s Permit is required.
• Servsafe training is beneficial.
• State sanitation certificate.
• 3-4 years of related and advanced food service and cooking experience.
• Intermediate to advanced knife experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and cooks to order foods for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and events.
• Reads orders and prepares foods according to instructions.
• Prepares foods in accordance with federal, state, and corporate standards to ensure quality and safety.
• Maintains sanitation, safety, and proper storage of food and equipment.
• Attends allergy and foodborne illness training and applies food safety principles.
