Covenant Living Communities and Services in Batavia, IL is seeking a Line Cook to prepare, portion, cook and present a variety of hot and cold items for meals and events in a Senior Living environment. You will follow standard recipes and ensure high quality with proper sanitation.

Responsibilities include operating kitchen equipment, maintaining records, and assisting with meal prep for special diets while upholding safety policies and guest satisfaction standards.

Competenze

• Requires a high school diploma and food-handling permit.
• Experience with basic kitchen equipment is preferred.
• Ability to read and follow recipes and safety instructions.

Mansioni

• Prepare and cook foods to order and in batches per recipes.
• Operate grill and other kitchen stations as needed.
• Maintain sanitation and safe food handling per regulations.
• Attend allergy and foodborne illness trainings and apply food-safety principles.
• Plate and garnish foods with attention to appearance.
