The role emphasizes standardized recipes, sanitation, and strict adherence to organizational and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will have 3–4 years of advanced food service experience, a high school diploma, and a valid Food Handler’s Permit.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma and a current Food Handler’s Permit.
• Training in Servsafe is beneficial.
• State sanitation certificate required.
• 3–4 years of related and advanced food service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook to order foods; may operate grill station.
• Adhere to current federal, state, and corporate standards for food quality and safety.
• Read orders and prepare foods according to instructions; provide high quality service.
• Follow recipes and product directions for preparation, seasoning, cooking, and serving.
