Cedarhurst of Jacksonville is seeking a Life Enrichment Coordinator to enhance residents’ quality of life through meaningful activities, events, and social engagement. You will plan and implement programs, collaborating with families and staff.

The role involves organizing life stories, coordinating decorations, and supporting health and wellness goals, with occasional bus outings and a commitment to safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Driver's license or ability to obtain within 30 days of employment.
• CPR or BLS certification preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office, web platforms, EHR and HR systems as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and lead community activities, programs, holidays and events.
• Introduce new residents and families to the life enrichment programs.
• Coordinate holiday decoration displays for the community.
• Contribute to resident assessments by assisting with Life Stories.
