Lockwood Companies is seeking a Sales Specialist to lease apartments, process market-rate and MSHDA tax-credit applications, and engage with senior communities across Michigan. The role involves conducting tours, guiding prospects to close, and maintaining resident records in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

The position requires strong communication, a valid driver's license, and prior sales or customer service experience, preferably in senior living.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• 2-3 years’ experience in sales or customer service.
• Experience working in a senior living community preferred.

Mansioni

• Lease apartments to qualified applicants per procedures and occupancy goals.
• Provide proactive hospitality to prospects, residents, families and staff.
• Process lease renewals and recertifications; monitor revenue accuracy.
• Assist prospects and close sales to convert tours into occupancy.
• Market the community through outreach, advertising and events.
• Manage phone inquiries, schedule tours, and track prospect data.
• Hold accurate records in property management systems and ensure move-ins.
