Job summary

Solera Senior Living is seeking a dynamic Sales Counselor for Modena Green Oaks Senior Living in Wallingford, PA. You will cultivate relationships with prospective residents and families, manage tours, and drive leasing goals with a base salary of 65,000 and an aggressive commission plan.

Reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing, you will collaborate with a supportive leadership team and participate in community outreach, referrals, and marketing initiatives to achieve occupancy targets.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
• 1–2 years of experience in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or sales preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable presenting to individuals and groups.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and results- driven.
• Ability to spend part of the workweek marketing and selling outside the community.
• Proficiency with basic office and CRM systems.
• Must be able to work alternating Saturdays among department.

Responsibilities

• Move prospects through the sales process with the Director of Sales & Marketing guidance.
• Generate and convert qualified inquiries, referrals, tours, and move-ins.
• Utilize Solera sales methodologies to achieve targeted closing ratios.
• Accurately represent the community’s services, amenities, and pricing.
• Respond promptly to inquiries and maintain CRM data.
• Track referrals, inquiries, tours, and outcomes.
• Build and maintain relationships with local referral sources.
• Participate in networking events and community outreach.
• Maintain tour readiness and assist with model spaces.
• Assist with weekly marketing and occupancy reporting.
• Support social media and local marketing initiatives.
• Participate in stand-up meetings and cross-department collaboration.
• Assist with setup and breakdown of marketing events.
