Job summary

Seneca Place in Verona, PA is seeking an empathetic, self-motivated Sales Counselor to guide seniors and families through senior living options, conduct tours, manage inquiries, and walk prospects through move-in.

You will build relationships, close sales, maintain CRM and lead pipelines, and collaborate with Oakdale Seniors Alliance management to meet occupancy goals. Minimum 2 years in senior living sales or healthcare marketing, strong communication, and tech savvy with CRM and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of successful experience in senior living sales, healthcare marketing, or high-touch service sales.
• Proven Track Record: History of meeting or exceeding occupancy targets and lead conversion metrics.
• Communication Skills: Warm, compelling communication and presentation skills with high emotional intelligence.
• Tech Savvy: Proficiency in sales CRMs, Microsoft Office, and database management.
• The Heart: A genuine compassion for older adults and a passion for helping families find peace of mind.

Responsibilities

• Lead Management & Inquiry Response: Promptly respond to phone inquiries, web leads, and walk-ins, providing compassionate guidance and securing tour appointments.
• Tours & Conversion: Conduct heartwarming, personalized tours of the Seneca Place campus, showcasing our living options, amenities, and community culture to close sales.
• Relational Sales Counseling: Guide families with empathy through the decision-making process, addressing questions, overcoming objections, and easing transitions.
• CRM & Sales Pipeline: Maintain precise lead and outreach tracking in our CRM system to ensure timely, strategic follow-ups.
• Community Outreach: Build strong relationships with local healthcare providers, senior centers, and community referral networks.
