Solera Senior Living in Reston, VA is seeking a Sales Counselor for Hunters Woods at Trails Edge to build relationships with prospective residents and families, manage tours, and drive leasing goals under the Director of Sales and Marketing. Base salary is 70,000 with an aggressive commission plan.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent experience preferred
• 1-2 years in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or sales
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable presenting to individuals and groups
• Organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven
• Able to market and sell outside the community part of the week
• Proficiency with basic office and CRM systems

Responsibilities

• Move prospects through the sales process in partnership with the Director of Sales & Marketing
• Generate and convert inquiries, referrals, tours, and move-ins
• Represent the community’s services, amenities, and pricing accurately
• Respond promptly to inquiries and maintain CRM data
• Develop local referrals and participate in events and outreach
• Prepare tours, model spaces, and assist with marketing efforts
• Support weekly occupancy reporting and cross‑dept collaboration
