Job summary

12 Oaks Management is seeking a Leasing Counselor in Denver, CO to manage leasing efforts and sustain full occupancy within budget guidelines. You will build relationships with prospective residents, influencers, and local organizations, guiding moves from prospect to resident with department heads.

You will contribute to revenue by supporting sales goals, maintaining CRM activity, and coordinating move-in documentation and events for the community.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of leasing skills related to senior housing.
• Excellent communication, social awareness, and articulation.
• Strong relationship building and customer service.
• Able to multi-task and manage deadlines in a customer-focused environment.
• Social media skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Qualify prospects, participate in meetings and community tours.
• Manage lead base in coordination with leasing team head.
• Identify and develop a network for resident referrals.
• Assist with moving-in information gathering for paperwork.
• Participate in events and promotions to boost community engagement.
• Support marketing with internal and external sales activities.
• Maintain accurate sales activity records and leasing reports.
