Integrated Real Estate Group (IREG) invites you to join our Manager in Training program in Conroe, Texas, designed to develop the next generation of leaders in senior living. You will work alongside experienced community leaders, gaining hands-on experience across operations, budgeting, sales, staffing, and resident services.

This structured leadership pathway prepares you for future roles such as Executive Director or Operations Leader, with mentorship and exposure to development opportunities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in hospitality, property management, healthcare, operations, or a people-focused environment.
• Recent graduates encouraged to apply.
• Strong leadership potential and desire to grow into a management role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working with numbers, business systems, and operational information.
• Professional judgment and ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Learn day-to-day operations of a senior living community.
• Work with the Executive Director and leadership team.
• Support staff management, scheduling, and team development.
• Assist with resident experience, satisfaction, and family communication.
• Gain exposure to budgeting, financial performance, resident billing, and operating results.
• Understand payroll, accounts payable, and administrative operations.
