Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; preferred in Business, Healthcare Administration, Hospitality, Management, Finance, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in hospitality, property management, healthcare, retail, operations, customer service, or another people-focused environment
• Recent graduates with strong internships, leadership experience, or relevant work experience are encouraged to apply
• Strong leadership potential and desire to grow into a management role

Responsibilities

• Learn day-to-day operations of a senior living community
• Support leadership in staff management, scheduling, and team development
• Assist with resident experience, satisfaction, and family communication
