Covenant Retirement Communities seeks a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain campus cleanliness and assist with light maintenance throughout the community in Northbrook, IL. You will follow schedules, handle linen programs, and help ensure a safe, clean environment for residents and staff in this on-site role.

Ideal candidates have some high school education and prior housekeeping or general maintenance experience, with strong English communication. Weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• Housekeeping and/or general maintenance experience required.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English with residents and staff.
• Follow written and verbal instructions and work under supervision.

Responsabilités

• Perform cleaning in assigned areas following schedule and standards.
• Complete minor maintenance tasks (light bulbs, toilets, batteries) as needed.
• Maintain floors (mop, wax, scrub, buff) as scheduled.
• Assist with cleaning spills and deep cleaning during transfers.
• Move furniture and assist in resident moves as needed.
• Participate in linen program and bed making in guest rooms or residences.
