MBK Senior Living seeks a Health Services Coordinator (LVN/LPN) to support health services operations. You will conduct assessments, draft service plans, and coordinate medical orders under the Director of Health Services.

The role involves nursing tasks, training, and ensuring resident safety and regulatory compliance. The position requires an active LVN/LPN license and at least 2 years of healthcare experience, with flexibility for a full-time schedule and weekend coverage.

Formación

• Active RN, LVN, or LPN license in good standing with CEU maintenance and timely renewal.
• Minimum 2+ years of related healthcare experience in a similar environment.
• Must complete background clearances, health screening, and provide negative TB results within 7 days of employment.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct assessments/evaluations and make admission recommendations for residents.
• Draft and update Individualized Service Plans (ISP).
• Coordinate medication delivery and pharmacy orders under DHS direction.
• Ensure continuity of care and maintain accurate documentation.
• Assist in training staff on medications, safety protocols, and state requirements.
• Provide coverage and assist in physical nursing functions when needed.
