Job summary

MBK Senior Living is seeking a Health Services Coordinator to support the health services team with administrative and clinical duties under the Director of Health Services. The role preserves resident dignity, promotes independence, and ensures care aligns with service plans and MBK policies.

Requirements include RN/LVN/LPN license, 2+ years in a related healthcare setting, strong communication, organizational, and computer skills, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active RN/LVN/LPN license.
• Minimum 2 years of related healthcare experience.
• Background clearances and TB tests required.
• Valid state driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and standard computer skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English; strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate assessments and admissions in accordance with policies.
• Draft and update ISP/service plans as needed.
• Review plans with DHS andExecutive Director as requested.
• Provide nursing-related tasks and supervise medication delivery per policy.
• Maintain inventory of care supplies and ensure safety standards.
• Coordinate prescriptions and pharmacy communications.
