MBK Senior Living seeks a Health Services Coordinator (LVN/LPN) to support the health services department's administrative and clinical functions. You will uphold resident dignity and independence while delivering care per each resident's plan under the DHS.

The role requires licensing, background clearances, and strong communication and computer skills. With a part-time schedule, you will work 9:00am–5:30pm Thu–Sat, earning $35.00–$40.00 per hour in a supportive, team-focused environment.

Competenze

• Active RN/LVN/LPN license in good standing.
• 2+ years in a healthcare setting.
• Background clearances, health screening, and TB test within 7 days of employment.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance or reliable transportation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong written and spoken English communication.

Mansioni

• Assess potential residents and make admission recommendations per rules and policies.
• Draft and update individualized service plans.
• Coordinate with the Director of Health Services and executives on service plans.
• Ensure continuity of care and oversight of medication delivery.
• Provide training on topics including medication delivery and safety.
• Perform basic nursing functions and assist in emergencies.
