Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 8 years related work experience.
• Culinary degree (2-year) or hospitality degree (4-year) with 4+ years related work experience.
• ServSafe certification; ability to work nights, weekends and some holidays; strong leadership and coaching abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assure proper sanitation practices and train staff as needed.
• Coordinate kitchen operations with related food and beverage departments.
• Control food costs and maintain records of ingredients used.
• Lead day-to-day kitchen operations and supervise cooks.
• Develop menus with leadership and ensure alignment with recipes and production sheets.
• Produce foods using classical and contemporary cooking techniques.
