Job summary

Three Oaks Senior Dining, LLC is seeking a collaborative dining services leader to elevate the dining experience in senior living communities. You will oversee operations, supervise staff, and ensure exceptional resident and guest service while maintaining high standards and compliance.

The role requires a background in operations, team development, and a customer-focused mindset; you will work across departments, manage budgets, and drive continuous improvement through HACCP and safety

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience in dining services management.
• Knowledge of applicable federal, state and local regulations relevant to dining services.
• Ability to lead dining room staff and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient in computer skills and report management.
• Excellent oral, reading and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with Executive Chef in menu development and dining hours planning.
• Manages and arranges dining room reservations and seating.
• Supervises dining room staff in meal preparation and table setup.
• Greets residents and guests in a timely, cordial manner before meals.
• Collects and reviews resident feedback and comments with the Director of Dining Services.
• Supports Resident Focus Group meetings for menu development and service updates.
• Assists with catering and special functions food production.
• Coordinates meal accounts with the Director of Dining Services.
• Maintains a clean and sanitary work area per guidelines through daily inspections.
• Enforces the dining services department cleaning schedule.
• Recommends staffing and training actions to improve service quality.
• Completes required record-keeping related to these processes.
• Evaluates job performance annually and adjusts staffing as needed.
• Prepares dining room staff schedules within budget to ensure quality service.
• Conducts regular staff meetings to implement policies and procedures.
