Job summary

81 Oaks Senior Living is seeking a hands-on, hospitality-driven Dining Room Supervisor to lead our Front-of-House Dining Services team and partner closely with the Executive Chef to elevate service standards for residents, families, and guests.

The role focuses on coaching servers, managing daily dining room operations, scheduling, and maintaining cleanliness and readiness across the dining area, while delivering an exceptional dining experience.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in restaurant, hospitality, senior living, country club, hotel, or food service operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily Front-of-House dining room operations.
• Create Front-of-House schedules and manage schedule changes, shift swaps, and staffing coverage.
• Coach, mentor, and develop Servers and Lead Server(s).
• Deliver an exceptional hospitality experience for residents, families, and guests.
• Partner with the Executive Chef to elevate service standards and dining operations.
• Maintain dining room cleanliness, organization, side work completion, and inspection readiness.
• Serve as the primary Front-of-House leader during meal service.
• Coordinate reservations and private dining requests in conjunction with the Concierge.
• Support special events and holiday meals.
• Cover open shifts when necessary.
