Job summary

Three Oaks Senior Dining LLC is seeking a collaborative Assistant Manager of Dining Services to lead the dining team at a single site, delivering exceptional resident experiences while upholding policies, safety, and regulatory standards in a fast-paced senior living setting.

The role requires a strong background in operations, staff development, and customer service, with ServSafe certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days), and availability for nights, weekends and some holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• ServSafe certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Experience in senior living or healthcare dining preferred.
• 2 years experience in quantity food production/service and 1 year personnel supervision desired.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Manage dining services staff at a single site according to policies and regulations.
• Lead small groups of staff in dining services activities on varying shifts.
• Ensure food quality, inventory, food safety guidelines and customer service expectations are met.
• Assist in training, quality control and staff in-servicing.
• Possess ability to operate a variety of dining services equipment and perform related duties.
