Job summary

Fellowship Cove Marsh Landing in Jacksonville, FL seeks an experienced Sales & Marketing Director to lead occupancy growth and community outreach for our assisted living and memory care community. You will develop and execute sales and marketing strategies, build referral relationships, manage inquiries, tours, move-ins, and oversee digital marketing, CRM tools like Yardi, and the marketing budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years in sales, marketing, business development, or admissions (senior living/healthcare preferred).
• Proven track record of achieving occupancy and sales goals.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with CRM systems and marketing platforms.

Responsibilities

• Drive occupancy and census growth through sales and marketing initiatives.
• Manage inquiries, tours, and guide prospective residents and families.
• Build and maintain referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, rehab centers, home health agencies, and partners.
• Coordinate community outreach, events, and educational programs.
• Develop and implement marketing plans to boost visibility and brand awareness.
• Oversee digital marketing, social media, ads, and promotional materials.
• Track leads, conversions, and sales with CRM tools (e.g., Yardi).
• Collaborate with Executive Director and leaders to ensure great customer experiences.
• Represent the community at local events and professional organizations.
• Manage the marketing budget and vendor relationships.
