Experience Senior Living Team in Colorado is seeking a Director of Business Development to drive occupancy growth across its Colorado communities. The role starts with internal sales and community stabilization, then expands to external business development and referral partnerships.

The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years in senior living or healthcare marketing, a Bachelor’s degree, strong relationship selling, and a proven ability to build pipelines with healthcare providers and discharge

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field preferred.
• 5–7 years of progressive experience in senior living, healthcare marketing, or business development.
• Proven success in referral development, census growth, and relationship selling.

Responsabilités

• Internal Sales & Community Stabilization: meet occupancy goals, lead or support sales presentations, tours, and prospect follow-up.
• External Business Development: manage referral sources, build pipelines across Colorado, and report on activity.
• Leadership & Collaboration: align with senior leadership on messaging, pricing, and promotions; travel as needed.
