Senior Lifestyle seeks a Business Development Director in Oregon to lead lead generation and drive move-ins from referrals across the community network. You will manage relationships with professional providers, trades, and families while educating referral sources on our services to expedite resident transitions.

The role requires 2-3+ years in sales/admission within senior living, fluency in English, and the ability to drive.

Formación

• Bachelor degree from a four-year college or university.
• 2-3+ years of experience in sales or admissions.
• Previous sales/admission experience in senior living.
• Fluent English to perform duties and communicate with all.
• Driving license and ability to drive as an essential function.

Responsabilidades

• Create and implement events with Sales/Marketing to attract prospective residents.
• Maintain relationships with residents, families and professional care providers.
• Develop key referral sources and manage customer service for referrals.
• Educate referral sources on products/services to expedite care coordination.
• Participate in professional societies and senior-living industry activities.
• Plan and execute strategic sales/marketing plan to achieve move-in objectives.
• Perform territory call objectives to build senior-related networks.
• Communicate progress to Executive Director and Sales/Marketing leadership.
• Maintain accurate contact records in the sales database.
• Explain basic legal aspects of sales contracts and terms.
• Maintain knowledge of software used in the role.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Assist Community Relations Director with special projects.
• possess strong organizational skills and multi-task to meet deadlines.
