Cedarhurst Living is seeking a Director of Sales to drive occupancy and revenue growth across our senior living communities. You will lead the full sales process from inquiry through move-in, develop strategic outreach, and build strong referral partnerships with families and professionals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 2–5 years of successful sales experience, preferably in senior living.
• Proven sales closing skills with a track record of high occupancy.
• CPR or BLS certification preferred.
• Proficient with common digital tools (Outlook, Excel, Word) and relevant platforms.

Responsabilités

• Drive occupancy and revenue growth by leading the full sales process from inquiry to move-in.
• Act as primary contact for inquiries and visits; convert leads to move-ins.
• Develop outreach to expand referral networks and generate qualified leads.
• Discover prospect needs and present tailored senior living solutions (Assisted Living/Memory Care).
• Follow up consistently to nurture relationships and move prospects through decision process.
• Partner with leadership to design and execute innovative sales strategies and outreach programs.
• Coach staff to maximize referrals and ensure inquiries are managed effectively.
