Senior Lifestyle in Oregon is seeking an on-site Executive Director to oversee operations of our community, serving as the main contact for staff, residents, and partners. You will manage programs, budgets, licenses, and ensure high standards of hospitality and resident care.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in sales, marketing, or business management in senior housing, with strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years sales/marketing or business management, preferably in senior housing.
• Strong communication with residents, guests, and coworkers.
• Proven management skills and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Act as on-site executive for all operations.
• Maintain resident retention and respond to inquiries.
• Manage budgets and cash flow.
• Hire, train, and supervise staff.
• Maintain licenses and oversee community relations.
• Lead staff meetings and protect resident rights.
