Job summary

Riverside Commons in Dearborn, MI is seeking a Senior Living Sales Advisor to guide older adults and families through choosing independent living, assisted living, or memory care. You will listen to needs, explain options, and help families understand costs and residency details.

You will conduct community tours, coordinate with on-site health teams, manage the CRM pipeline, and build referral partnerships with hospitals and social workers.

Qualifications

• Sales background in inside or outside sales, hospitality, or healthcare is required.
• High emotional intelligence to support families through stressful transitions.
• Familiarity with senior housing regulations, care tiers, and local resources is expected.

Responsibilities

• Client Consultation: Listen to family needs, evaluate care levels, and explain options and residency costs.
• Community Tours: Show apartments/facilities and coordinate with on-site health teams.
• Pipeline Management: Track prospective residents, log interactions in CRM, and follow up regularly.
• Outreach: Build referral partnerships with hospitals, social workers, and senior care agencies.
