Job summary

Bickford Senior Living in Michigan is seeking a Family Advocate to lead sales efforts, drive occupancy and revenue while delivering compassionate care for seniors and their families. You will conduct personalized tours, manage CRM follow-ups, train branch staff on hospitality, and coordinate move-ins.

Build relationships with community partners to generate referrals and help stage the branch for a superior customer experience.

Qualifications

• > High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s in sales/marketing preferred.
• > Experience in senior housing sales leadership preferred but not required.
• > Proficient in Microsoft Office; able to learn new apps.
• > Excellent written and verbal communication.
• > Strong organizational and time management skills.
• > Good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making.
• > Valid driver’s license with suitable driving record.

Responsibilities

• > Conduct personalized tours and follow-ups with prospective residents and families.
• > Manage CRM to document and organize follow-up.
• > Train Branch staff to engage in phone and tour hospitality.
• > Assist move-in process for smooth resident transitions.
• > Build relationships with community professionals to maximize referrals.
• > Ensure Branch is well staged to optimize the customer experience.
• > Participate in weekly and quarterly goal-setting with Branch Leadership.
