Brio Living Services is seeking a Sales Advisor in Chelsea, MI. This role supports prospective residents and families through inquiries, tours, and the admissions process, contributing to occupancy goals across Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care.

The position requires relationship-based selling, hospitality, and strong communication skills. Proactive, detail-oriented candidates with CRM experience will thrive in a collaborative team oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university required.
• Experience in sales and/or senior living is a plus.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and data entry is expected.

Responsibilities

• Respond to prospective resident inquiries in a timely, professional and welcoming manner.
• Schedule appointments, site visits and tours for prospective residents and families.
• Support admissions and move-in processes from initial contact to placement.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Clinical and other teams to ensure a smooth experience.
