Job summary

Bickford Senior Living in Michigan is seeking a Family Advocate to lead tours, follow up with prospective residents and families, and drive occupancy and revenue for the Branch. You will manage the CRM, coordinate move-ins, and partner with community professionals to maximize referrals, while delivering compassionate, customer-focused service in a fast-paced senior housing environment.

Qualifications

• High-school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Conduct exceptional, highly personalized tours and follow-ups with prospective residents and families.
• Manage the CRM to document and organize follow-up.
• Ensure Branch staff are trained to engage in phone and tour hospitality.
• Help manage the move-in process for a smooth transition.
• Identify and build relationships with community professionals to maximize referrals.
• Ensure Branch is staged to maximize the customer experience.
• Participate in weekly and quarterly goal-setting meetings with Branch Leadership.
