Responsibilities

• Greet and direct residents, visitors and staff; handle questions and concerns efficiently.
• Receive emergency calls and dispatch appropriate personnel; page on-call physicians as needed.
• Monitor emergency pull cords for Independent Living residents.
• Track status of residents involved in situations and census information.
• Manage resident lists alphabetically and by apartment.
• Log all resident packages and notify residents of package pickup; dispatch mail daily.
