Maris Grove by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a Front Desk Associate to serve as the first point of contact for residents, visitors and staff. You will create a warm, welcoming environment and handle inquiries with professionalism.

Qualifications

• Receptionist experience is required.
• Excellent verbal skills are required.
• Ability to multi-task is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct residents, visitors, and staff; handle questions and concerns.
• Receive emergency calls from residents and staff and dispatch appropriate personnel; page on-call physicians as needed.
• Monitor all emergency pull cords for Independent Living residents.
• Track status of residents involved in emergencies (e.g., transportation to hospital).
• Maintain resident lists alphabetically and by apartment; assist census updates and mail/logistics.
