Maris Grove by Erickson Senior Living seeks a Communications Specialist (Front Desk) to be the first point of contact for residents, family members, and candidates. You will set a warm tone, greet guests, and manage inquiries in a high-touch senior living community.

Responsibilities include handling emergency calls, paging on-call physicians as needed, and coordinating with staff to ensure safety and smooth operations. Compensation starts at $16.00 per hour with first-shift coverage options.

Qualifications

• Receptionist experience required.
• Excellent verbal skills.
• Ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct residents, visitors, and staff.
• Receive emergency calls and dispatch appropriate personnel.
• Monitor emergency pull cords for residents.
• Track status of residents and assist with census information.
• Manage resident lists and mail/packages.
