Benchmark Senior Living is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to be the friendly first contact for residents, families, and visitors. You will greet guests, handle phone calls, route inquiries, and support basic desk tasks to keep the community running smoothly.

This role offers full-time and part-time opportunities with a competitive hourly wage between $18.75 and $20.00, plus benefits and training. You will join a diverse, caring team that provides meaningful support within a senior living

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Expert knowledge of telephone systems; able to teach others.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors immediately upon arrival.
• Professionally handle all phone calls and route callers or answer questions in a timely and courteous manner.
• Offer refreshments to visitors where applicable.
• Manage doctor and beauty appointment books; oversee beauty/barber bookings.
• Act as concierge for residents (calling taxis, handling issues, etc.).
• Keep lobby clean, neat and free of clutter.
