Job summary

Carlton Senior Living is seeking a Receptionist on-call to greet residents, families, and visitors with warmth and professionalism. This front desk role responds to phones, coordinates with departments, and supports events while maintaining a welcoming community atmosphere.

The position requires availability for AM or PM shifts; compensation is $18.00–$19.00 per hour with benefits as outlined in the staff program. Training is provided for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old per Title 22 requirements.
• Prior administrative experience preferred but not required – training provided.
• Strong verbal and written communication with residents, families, and team members.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, email, and scheduling systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors, residents, and families warmly and professionally, providing accurate information and direction.
• Answer and direct phone calls, monitor emergency systems, and respond promptly with high customer service.
• Support front desk admin tasks: maintain resident records, process mail, and coordinate with other departments.
• Assist Sales and Activities teams with event coordination, guest arrangements, and marketing materials.
