Sunrise Senior Living in Danville, KY is seeking a Lead Front Desk Concierge to deliver warm, professional greetings and oversee front desk operations. You’ll support sales inquiries, coordinate visits, and help with recruitment data entry and engagement.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma/GED; age 18+.
• Proven customer service experience.
• Experience leading direct reports.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and administrative systems.

Responsabilités

• Oversee front desk operations with warm, professional greetings.
• Answer and direct calls with proper community greeting.
• Support sales inquiries and coordinate visits.
• Assist with recruitment data entry and candidate engagement.
• Maintain resident and team rosters, logs, and emergency records.
• Monitor Bistro presentation and entry area standards.
• Lead Concierge meetings and support team performance.
• Lead move-in coordination and administrative processes.
• Ensure safety procedures, sign-in/out and Safe Leaving compliance.
• Manage schedules, call-outs, and Concierge coverage.
