Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a Front Desk Concierge to create a warm, organized, and safe community experience. You will greet residents, families, and visitors, route calls, provide community overviews, assist with move-in preparations, and support the Sales team with inquiries.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, strong customer service skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. You will maintain a welcoming front desk and coordinate with operations to ensure hospitality

Responsabilidades

• Greet visitors, residents, and prospective families with professionalism and warmth.
• Answer and route calls promptly, taking accurate messages.
• Provide community overviews and support the Sales team with inquiries.
• Assist with move-in preparations and marketing materials.
• Maintain a welcoming front desk and Bistro area.
• Support recruitment efforts and administrative data entry.
• Manage appointments, mail distribution, and resident rosters.
• Monitor safety protocols, visitor sign-in, and emergency procedures.
• Process meal tickets and assist with basic office tasks.
