Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, front desk, and telephone handling preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills; good judgment and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with HIPAA requirements is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, families, guests and employees warmly.
• Monitor all inbound public traffic and answer inquiries.
• Maintain cleanliness of common areas and public spaces.
• Support sales/marketing by handling inquiries effectively.
